International Tennis Hall of Fame rings are custom made for each Hall of Famer, signifying their membership in tennis' most elite club. The rings are not presented during the Induction Ceremony. Rather, they are saved and presented at another special time - generally at a tennis event that has particular meaning to the Hall of Famer being honored, providing an opportunity to celebrate that individual in front of their family, friends, and fans around the globe.
Mary Carillo RECEIVES HER ITHF RING AT LEGENDS BALL
The Class of 2026 inductee received her ring on stage during the ITHF’s annual gala at the Ziegfeld Ballroom, surrounded by fellow Hall of Famers, friends and special performances
Renowned commentator and journalist Mary Carillo received her official International Tennis Hall of Fame ring on Saturday evening at the annual Legends Ball, surrounded by tennis legends, friends, and supporters at the Ziegfeld Ballroom.
Carillo was presented with her ring on stage by Hall of Fame President Kim Clijsters and Hall of Famer Martina Navratilova. The presentation followed video tributes celebrating Carillo’s lifelong involvement in tennis, storied broadcasting career, and Hall of Fame induction two weeks prior. Carillo was inducted on August 29 as a member of the Class of 2026, earning tennis’ ultimate honor in the Contributor Category for her contributions to tennis media and commentary.
ROGER FEDERER RECEIVES HIS ITHF RING AT THE US OPEN
Two days after his emotional induction into the International Tennis Hall of Fame, 20-time major champion Roger Federer received his official Hall of Fame ring inside Arthur Ashe Stadium at the US Open on Monday evening.
The Swiss icon was presented his ring in front of the night session fans by Hall of Fame Co-President Kim Clijsters, and joined on court by ITHF CEO Dan Faber, fellow Co-President Patrick McEnroe, US Open Tournament Director Eric Butorac, USTA CEO Craig Tiley and Chairman of the USTA Board Brian Vahaly.

The ITHF ring commemorates Hall of Famers’ place amongst the sport’s greatest champions and contributors and serves as a permanent symbol of an elite place in tennis history, celebrating the inductee's legacy among family, friends, and fans.
Federer received the honor on the same court where he captured five consecutive US Open titles from 2004 through 2008. Over the course of his 18 appearances at the tournament, he achieved an 89-14 record and ranks third all-time in singles victories.
